WINGER B-CHAIRTO TRAP - Drive over the ball. Look between your legs; check if the ball is held behind the plate/roller. HOLD - Start counting the 5 seconds the rules allow, move to your pass/shoot position. SHOOT - Pull the spring-loaded lever back to release the ball, then turn one wheel forward. Pull the other backwards at the same time and the ball will be 'slung'. The faster you 'spin' the better the pass or shot. Push the lever forward to reset it and the ball trap plate drops into the hold position (left hand photograph below). . . play on! Hold for 5 seconds only. For severely disabled players an electric release with a shoot button is available. |
